Hi. Yes you absoluetly can use the medical your wife did for the FAM. If you apply online you would have to upload the paper you got from the doctor (the one you have sent along with your app). I had this experience before (got approved with visitor visa).

Well I guess AOR should be sent to the sponsor's email...so far my husband didn't receive anything yet. I also keep checking my email (including spam folder)....just in case :) I know it's too early to start worrying...but I want to be sure that they won't send it back. Heh.
