Hi, Was searching through and saw this thread and wanted to leave a reply because this situation applies to myself and my husband. I agree with your point #2 however I can find no information anywhere stating the OWP "pilot program" has been extended past December 22. Do you have a source on this?

Ok, thank you. It says it takesd 49 days to process the extension, during that period his status is implied, correct? And I can then submit the PR application as soon as we have all the components (i.e. even if he hasn't been granted the extension yet?)
