Can you please let me know if the educational qualification be used for immigration based on the WES comment - "Canadian Equivalency: Two years of post-secondary study at a non-recognized institution Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential."

Hi, I have 397 points in the CRS as my PG Dip in Mgmt from WES came back as 2 yr program from non-recognized institution. Can I claim points for this under double bachelors, kindly advise.
