hii i need help... I am new here... My husband applied spouse case on march 2016 but its been long waiting for DM...my question is ...i already have one refusal in quebec skilled worker program in 2015 but before marriage... Would it be worthy to apply trv now??? Should we go for it or not???

Hey!! Guys .. my husband applied for outland spousal visa from canada in march 2016 ....... cic started processing of my file on 22 april...and file reached new delhi on 25 may after that there is no update.... Anyone here who can suggest how much time will it take more for visa ???
