Sponsor application status remains "In Process" even after getting the COPR. That's normal. You should be getting the PPR email soon. If you had hired a lawyer the PPR email will goto the lawyer .

It is mentioned in the COPR. It states that must cohabit with the sponsor for 2 years

ECAS status changed to DM for me on 7-May and got PPR today. But a few of them got PPR directly while the Ecas remained "INPROCESS"

The best way is to apply for family sponsorship once you get married. Since you are getting married in June, the best way is to start collecting the supporting documents required for family sponsorship and once you get married you can fill the forms and send the application. The current trend...

Yes this is a good news. I have read in 2015 thread that few of them received the PPR mail directly but their ECAS remained "IN PROCESS". Congratulations :)
