With due respect PH, this position has changed considerably in the past few weeks. You can now get as much as 200points for certain kinds of job offers, which do no require an lmia. Also I think lmia supported jobs are now worth only 200 points. Toludee can help explain better and with CIC links.

I think you should order ur notes. Very helpful. However one strange thing about my notes was the last entry was on the 28th of Aug I ordered on the 6th of sept, but 28th is a sunday. Does it mean they work on sundays too or they are just trying to humour me?

I'm finding it increasingly hard to understand CIC these days! Why all these late rejections? Its really strange...what is stranger is the fact that you are supposed to get a procedural fairness letter before the actual rejection which doesn't seem to be that way again. :o
