    Hi, I am aware i can't exclude my spouse at the point where i receive ITA. But can i exclude my spouse at PPR? we are having a falling out. When is the right time to exclude them? TIA

    Hi, when one receives ITA is it possible to exclude the spouse due to marital issue and fear of them dragging you behind in the process? If the answer is no, can i then exclude them at the PPR and just apply for my kids?

    Hello,when receives an ITA i understand one must include all dependents. However, my wife and i are having marital issues and i would like to exclude her. Am i allowed to exclude her at the PPR?
