hi, Because you are choosing "open work permit" you don't have to fill in that section. It is there for the other options that are available.

HI Soooo the open work permit.... My wife has a multi entry visa..her current 6 months end in the start of Jan 2017. We have submitted her inland application and they RECIEVED it abt oct 20, 2016 (thats when i got their email stating it). We put in the open work permit application along. SO 1)...
