Thanks a million again..Still can't find the +1 key! Another query pls - Do I need to put in some kind of a covering letter with in the envelope, describing all the document (since I have multiple envelopes covering diploma, engineering, masters)

Thanks for your prompt response. So to confirm, it is OK to put the duration as 2002 - 2006 i.e. 4 years (though the actual duration should have been 3 years had I not lost the year)
