I have not received AOR neither by email, mail or online on cic. I have been checking my application status on mycic with my fee reciept # and comes up as if im not in the system. I sent it 3/20/2016 so im sure they have received it . does it take them awhile to AOR ?

the ticket for cat ferry is $250cad roundtrip i dont have a car.. i have to rent a car. yarmouth is 3 hours away i would have to get a hotel cause the ferry is 5.5 hours to maine at 830am and return at 230pm for another 5.5 hours .. the cost of everything adds up its just too much hassle for me.

ok thanks everyone.. i have priced out every possible way to flagpole by land , sea and air .. each one will cost over $400 to travel .. i think waiting the extra couple months to get an appointment at the immigration office in Halifax might be a better option for me.

To flagpole i know you can do it by air or land.. but im in halifax Nova scotia where the land border is really far away.. but we have a ferry that goes from Yarmouth to Maine and has options for one way or round trip.. does travelling by sea acceptable for flagpoling?
