I got the problem solved by, as someone mentioned, opening the file on my computer (not in the browser) plus setting adobe reader as main program to open PDF files. cheers

when I download the attached pdf that was supposed to be the form, all I get it's the same warning page about updating my adobe version... although I tried what you told me but there isn't possible selection at the middle of the pdf page... thanks you anyway buddy
