I called the embassy and they gave me a email to contact them about the issue. Then a few days later they sent an email confirming they have it and the day immigration officially received it.

Hey outro My understanding is when they ask for the passport that's it. You are approved. Next step is just wait for the passport to come back. We are in the same position. They confirmed the 23rd of December they received the passport so we are just waiting now. Anxiously waiting...

My wife had an interview and at the interview they had her fill out a form saying where to mail the passport and such things like that. We never were asked about prepaid and it the email it didn't even mention anything about prepaid. Just to send passport
