Hi, I would like to ask if can apply in NSPNP since it doesn't need a job offer. I really want to apply in PNP however since my profession is regulated, I need to be registered in Canada first that's why I can't have a valid job offer. I found out that Manitoba accepts applicants with valid job...

I want to apply for this PNP program however I don't qualify under: Demonstrate that they do not have a stronger connection to a province other than Manitoba I have relatives in BC and Ontario. Can anyone here suggests me to apply or don't give it a try since the points will be deducted?
