I noticed on your timeline that you've submitted Schedule A and PCC twice. Was this because you had to resubmit your OWP? I'm in the same boat in that I paid only $100 (and not $255) and had to resubmit my OWP with sufficient funds, so I'm curious if the Schedule A and PCC have to be resubmitted...

What do you mean by "not having a valid temporary resident permit" at the time you applied for OWP? How were you in Canada? On a visitor visa?
