Straight answer - Go for IELTS. Though i myself cleared CELPIP in 1st attempt but still wouldn't advice you to go for it. I cleared the exam a year ago but after that many of my friends have appeared for it and every one failed. Even if you put your best efforts, Paragon people are not going...
