Actually GBP 210. I was charged GBP 10 extra for paying via Paypal. I was being cautious so didn't want to use my debit/credit info on the site. :-)

Just got our passport back from ADVO. Total processing time was 10 days although this could be due to the fact that I wrote a letter (when I sent our passports) stating I'll be travelling by the mid of June.

What I have seen on average from info on this forum is that VOs usually take between 3 - 6 weeks to process visas etc. I can't be very certain though. My wife's passport was sent to me via Fedex and there wasn't a problem; maybe there are different rules in the UK though.
