I have a job offer to work for a hospital in accounting. However the job is in a building not in the hospital and there is no direct contact with patients, doctors, nurses etc. I don't have my medical and before I accept the position or sadly will have to decline, does the notice on my work...

I got offered a job from a hospital however the location of the job is not at a hospital it's off site at a administrative building. I will have no contact with patients, nurses, doctors, etc. Will not having a medical deny me from this opportunity?
