I can come here and tell ppl whatever I want.I was finished with this convo so your 2 cent's wasn't really necessary.
All i said was that other's from the January 2018 forum have already received PPR and i don't understand why ACCRA takes so long. I never mentioned anyone dealing with Accra...
No they aren't.
I just dont understand why the timeline between visa offices are so different. Some visa offices finalize in 6 months while it takes accra 12 +.
Uumm not it's not. I know exactly what im speaking about and know what is discussed on this thread. And there are SPOUSAL APPLICTIONS from Jan 2018 where the PA has already received PPR.
Honestly. This office seems to be able to do whenever and whatever they please.
Quite a few ppl from Jan 2018 forum have already received PPR. This process makes you feel so helpless. Even just to see your GCMS notes takes almost 6 weeks now!
Okay, so we sent additional evidence November 19 and havent heard anything as to whether we will be getting ADR or not. Do they usually take this long to decide?? How long did you guys wait for a desicion after sending additonal evidence?
I called today and she said its still being reviewed...
They cannot deny you for the same reasons once you win the appeal. But if you reapply instead they can surely deny you for the same reason. They may not even look at your file if you reapply, especially if nothing significant has changed in your marriage (ex. birth of a child).
So I called Vancouver IAD office this morning to see if I could possibly find out whether we would be getting ADR. She said they only received our additional evidence yesterday and it will take a couple of weeks to let us know. So I guess we just continue waiting.......and waiting.....
