I checked on sponsorship letter they did not mention any e mail address for correspondence. . Should we just reply back to same email address from which we got medical? They got it done in chandigarh from shobha Kansal.

HI , my parents got their medical done, Now what's the next step? Where do we send medical confirmation e receipt ? Should we just scan it and send it back to the email address from where we received medical request or is there any other email address? Please advise. Thank you

Medical request email came from CPC Ottawa.. i applied in sept 2010, additional document were requested in july 2014, sponsorship approval and file transfer to ottaw email on 31 December 2015 and medical request feb 10 2016

My parents were in Canada when they asked for additional documents in July 2014.. and i think i put their current address as my address and their status as visitor.. but mailing address was India

thanks for your reply.. but i still did not get it why they have put my address on the medical paper under my parents name. all their ID's and passport have address from India. would there be any issue if their address on medical request form and other ID's is different?
