Finally and at last!! Congratulations!! Don't worry about the email though, i got an email with my SA three days after receiving an email from my VO in Paris. I got my AOR3 (third line) before the email with the SA.

Here is another one!! Today i received my third line too :) Finally, i got my ICAS updated. It seems like lots of people are getting their AOR2 today!

It's weird they told you that because they can check your application. Did you try to call them again? Sometimes it takes a couple phones calls till you get to talk with someone who really wants to help you. I had to deal with few rude CIC Agents.
