Sashamol, According to me, you simultaneously try in Quebec and other province for getting licence. It would take at least one year anyway. Try in Quebec itself for first year, some nursing related work, which do not require complete licensure. That will gain some experience will be beneficial...

You can move from Quebec to other province, Provided you should have a proper address in Quebec to do your PR formalities after landing. Kindly share your Timeline, Area of Training and Visa office

As per Quebec immigration, they have "first come first serve" policy. Why our files getting delayed, while those applied later received CSQ?
