Had interview in the end of january from bangladesh. Visa officer asked for medical. Medical been done and send on the next day. E-cas showed medical received on February 7th. And from then there is nothing. What to expect now?

I have raised CSE 9 days ago. Still no reply from them. Note that I have received the acknowledgement that they have got my CSE request. I wonder what is happening there. What is the standard time of response from SVO TIA :)
