I think u have to there is a tab on express entry that u can use to decline/delete not sure, go on ur profile and see register using a different email

I would recreate my express entry profile. See Canada Post has screwed up the delivery of my package that was to be delivered yesterday Feb 3rd, the last day. If it gets rerouted, I am going to delete my express entry file and recreate it
