You have to fill a form . Send 10pounds check to the below address. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.html Hope this helps. I started the procedure then I read from forums that you have to get this only if the visa officer asks for it.

One more question on PPC. I live in Nebraska, can I apply in chicago Indian Embassy?? They rules are different in San Franscisco and Chicago.. Looks like chicago can send me the PCC in 7-10days if I pay more. Please advice.
