work permit + visitor's visa? (IEC?)
To be eligible for IEC, I am dependant on the participation of a recognized organization. There is no bilateral agreement between the country of my citizenship (Turkey) and canada. Is the eTA still issued in this case (iec application after August 2015)?- Ataraxia12
