Well, I mailed mine on July 8th from Quebec City. I was not wise enough to use registered mail !!! I mailed mine at day 1100--I don't know about you but I was excited! :) Oh, Single application. So I guess I'll sit here & sweat until I get a receipt... cuz I don't think I can use the online...

Hey y'all ! I mailed a Citizenship application about a month ago from within Canada. Either they got it within about 4 days or they didn't get it at all, I assume. At what point should I expect news from them--and if I don't hear anything, call them? Should I wait a month, 3, 6? David

My impression is that... legally speaking... "intend to reside in Quebec" isn't very strong legal language. Think about trying to convict someone of "intending to do one thing" who then changed their mind and did another? I signed that letter of intent - but it didn't say I *will* live in QC, I...
