Quebec residents who didn't get CSQ yet. I called in MIDI today and asked about my CSQ. They asked their security questions and said that they received my app on August 8, but they are still working on apps received before August 5. So the decision will be maden soon and I will receive a copy...

I didn't receive medical or PCC request, so no need to ask of the extension as of yet. Did you receive medical or PCC? I thought MIDI will send CSQ to CIC themselves...

I sent CSQ application forms to MIDI at the beginning of August. Visa card was charged on August 11. Nothing yet. Today I decided to call MIDI and the agent told me that I won't get the CSQ till October 25 at the best. Still in process. Just to give a heads up to Quebec applicants.

Yes. French is the only option. It should follow the english version. Otherwise I don't understand what kind of A-1520-BA form do you have.

In the form A-1520-BA it is specified: 9 Application for Selection Certificate – Family class (form A-0520-BA) Original. Anyways I sent them an original one.
