Could I personally go to the Canadian embassy in Vienna to deliver a passport and to give me a visa the same day? I do not know where can I find this information?

I want to write our timeline. Applications received in Mississauga 16.10.2015. Sponsorship approved 16.12.2015. My process began in Vienna 22.12.2015. Medical done 11.01.2016. RPRF fee is paid online 21.01.2016. Passport request 28.01.2016.
