    April 9th 2015 is when I applied. I hope to get it soon if they nominate by application date... Did they call both you and your employer? Did you try to follow up? My former classmate applied on Feb.22 and already received nomination itself...

    September 19th, 2016 - 3200 certificates were issued October 17th, 2016 - 3700 certificates were issued 500 certificates per month is a current speed. 1800 certificates left to give for 2016 calendar year."...to issue a maximum of 5,500 nomination certificates for the 2016 calendar year"...

    I think they have to give away all 5500. Quota is usually never reduced.
