Okay found it. Thanks. I will apply for restoration of status first. Should I tell them that i went out of status because I applied for an OWP along with my PR but made a mistake in the OWP which resulted in the OWP being returned to me and my status expiring.

That is the only form available. I could not see any other form anywhere.

Okay, we will apply inland since we live in Canada and also apply at the same time for an open work permit. I guess if by some chance my husband is not accepted as my sponsor I would be given a date when I have to leave Canada. Is that correct?
