I emailed them on Apr 7 and got a response on Apr 27, and oath ceremony scheduled one week later. I guess contacting them helps .

Our AOR was in March 2020. Everything is complete but oath ceremony is not started. Also status says In Progress.....So frustrated with Hamilton office. I did fingerprints twice. Tried calling them but it doesnt go to the operator. Did anyone get through to the rep on their line? What options...

Our AOR is March 2020...but still no news on Oath ceremony. Hamilton office is veryyyy slow!!!!!! They dont pick up the phone also...Not sure how to speed up the process.
