In my opinion don’t go for upfront medical, it is better to wait for their request. I did upfront and after 3 days I got medical request. It takes 2 months(after calls and emails to cic) to update my medical on my account.

Hi everyone, I got PNP NOMINATION Email today. Finally got BC PNP. Timeline: Applied on 21st Dec Send additional document on 5th Jan Decision finalized on Feb 22 And Finally got email today on 1st March(after 1 week), confirming my nomination :) :)
