Hey buddy,, same Dec 2023 applicant as well. so mine shows Eligibility in progress. BGC was in progress at one time but shows as Not applicable as of now.

from what i have seen in this forum and all the threads, it certainly is like that. once the sponsor is approved the SA letter does says that the file is transferred to so and so office for further processing.

There is no definite time period for that. I got biometrics and medical almost after 6 weeks from AOR. Everything is unpredictable with IRCC.

At the time when the application was submitted, I(sponsor) was already in Canada.

There is no set of steps in which you should apply for TRV. based on my experience, I applied for TRV after receiving AOR and was approved within 15 days. The chances all depends on the proofs you submit in your application like home ties and funds. nobody can quote you on the approval chances...

Hello everyone, just received the biometrics letter today. but the strange this is that when i check the profile online, the biometrics from the TRV are already seen in the family case application as well.

yes i heard that from a friend as well. he had to wait for like 5 months for MIL & BIL & SA. but once he got that, the eligibility and background took only a couple of months to get completed and almost took him 9 months for the whole process.

Atleast, we got the AOR buddy. But still waiting for the other things is really frustrating. Hope to get updates soon and hope you get that as well.
