Landed on June 16th at Niagara. Got PR card on August 16th.

Ups sorry my mistake - security "not started", criminality "in process". nope, they told as usual "it's still in process, we will let you know if we need additional documents". Thursday's email was surprise.

Security is in process (at least it was on Wed when I called CIC). I can check a date when it was started if you need. Decision made at web-site is from today.

Re: PR in progress, issues in marriage to withdraw her from your application you need a separation document. But what you can do is to switch her to "non-accompanying spouse" - you need just e-mail CIC at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca e-mail that I received from CIC (tho the case is different...

I got PPR on Thursday last week - August 2014 applicant.

I order GCMS notes every single month for last 6-8 months. Nothing going on with my file except additional comments like "received a call from MP office" etc. Last update was almost a year ago - "Medical received". "

Hi all, does anybody tried to apply under EE while PNP application is still in process? Can I (technically speaking) do it? I applied under Ontario PNP stream in August 2014 (paper application). So, soon my application will be on its third year of processing time and no results yet. Calls...

There is a due date for each activity (you can check yours at notes), mine was March 16, 2016. Nothing happened.

I did everything that I could, two MPs (one is from the area I live, another - where my office is located), GCMS notes every month (so I know exactly what and when they updated my file), calls for call centre, case specific enquirers, e-mails, change of address. Am I missing something? I don't...

I did, e-mail that I received stated that yes, we can confirm, your application is in process. Period.

After calls at the end January / beginning of February, I saw some updates in my file. Honestly, I don't know what these updates mean but at least they are doing something with my file. Before these calls - last change was made in August 2015, no changes / updates up to my pushy calls, e-mails...

I am August 2014 PNP applicant, still IP. Does it make sense to apply under Express Entry??? I am eligible (Canadian experience class), with processing time 6 month it might be the best choice...

nope security is not started yet but we already clarified that not everybody is going though security - there are a lot of people with PPR and security not started.
