Hello everyone, Just apply using VFS, don't apply via CIC website they will stall your application for at least 3 months unlesss you have LMIA. Apply via VFS with tons of paper.

Generally, it takes 2 months, if you apply via VFS new Delhi or Bangalore. Chandigarh CVAC will take approximately 4 months. Don't apply for SOWP using online CIC it is better if you apply through VFS with loads of paper.

Hi My wife has applied for SOWP from VFS new Delhi on 14th of January. We are still waiting for the approval from CIC. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hope for the best. Cheers
