Thats what i understood by reading different posts, But in majority cases new line has been added that decision made on the application and office will communicate to you, But in my case there is old 3 lines no change since january 25

i inquire from the employer as well but no background check as yet

i have checked on december 27, 2015, its about two weeks earlier it was inprocess. I have no correspondence from LVO so no idea exactly who is handling my case.
