I was trying to hear the status of my PR application in IRCC phone system. But it just say " we received your application on June 16 2020. To serve you better we are transfering your call to an agent" .And than transfer me to an agent. Anyone has the same issue ??

Anything is possible. If it happened with you than its true but if anyone else than it's false and mislead. Actually this kind of people mislead others.

They can ask anything but it's mostly related to your job position that you have applied for LMIA. And also they can ask company releted questions like had you lay off any worker from last 1 or 2 years if yes than why ? LMIA processing time may different. It's depends on officer that assigned...
