Still no AOR. App delivered March 6. I rather have my application returned and money refunded than being stuck in a limbo. I would prefer to apply again once covid situations gets better.

No idea. There are people from February and even January group that are waiting for their AOR.

To be honest, it is hard to predict. I think IRCC is sending AORs in a random order. If you are lucky, then based on how many have received AOR, you might get it in 3rd week or 4th week of September. If you aren't lucky enough, then it is anyone's guess. Best of luck.

It is completely normal. Canada does not put photograph on the visa stamp. Congrats for the visa.
