Hi, has anyone ever contacted CPC Mississauga by phone? I can not find any phone no. I can reach them except the fax NO. >:(I just found a defect in my application which will be definitely returned to me, that is why I want to contact them to get more information about the return process...

Just found that we forget to write down sponsored person's name and DOB on the back of one of the photo though having photographer studio stamp on, would this mistake result in returning the whole package? any ideas? :(
