Youssef I am holding a job but the offer is not validated by the Ministry. that's why i am going to apply to the regular program (i guess PEQ in general doesn't apply to me) and i think in Quebec you can't even get a validated job offer because then the work permit will be a closed one...

thank you guys for your replies i guess i will have to try and work 12 months on either 0, A or B NOC jobs to be eligible for the PEQ or wait for the following intake 2016/2017
