I got my PPR on 15 Dec, sent my Passports on 16 Dec, reached Ottawa on 18 Dec.. received COPR yesterday.. so around 8 working days.

Just got over from call with CIC agent, he said my application is approved and ECAS should be updated. Checked my Ecas and its now DM. Long wait got over!!! All the best .. everybody's PR is on the way..
