    So I got Passport request but for the nearest Visa Application Centre nearest you they put a list of out of Canada Visa Offices when I am still living in Canada. Is it possible just to send it to the office here in Ottawa?

    Hi guys, I am having trouble uploading PDF files online. My PDF files are about 600 kb and I filled out every required part and has validated the form. I currently use Windows 10. Anyone can advise?
