    I have a similar situation. I did my masters in ON, started my phd in ON, but my supervisor relocated to BC and took me with him. So now I live in BC and have 2-3 years to go in my PHD. I got Ontario Interest Letter. Should I accept it? I do have lots of friends in Ontario.
