Hello I'm new in this forum and seeking a starting point. I have an American girlfriend (5 yrs now) and we've decided we need to be together, but do I go to the US or her here? Logical question I guess. I've lived in the US before and have been on TN and H1B visas. I could try to find work...

Thanks... although this is dissapointing. So in short, bringing an American wife to Canada to live means she will live in limbo for a couple of years, can't work, and basically can't leave to go visit her familiy in America while processing. Talk about a busted system, such a shame!
