Try to link by copying form visa application form and pasting it exactly. And as per my experience they process the application after 4-5 days of ur submission. Mine took a week to show up on system. My friend's found his application online after 4 days... so if you have tried all thing...

Hey, sorry about the rejection. I suggest if you are reapplying for next intake,if possible, apply without family. This will increase the chances, later you may apply theirs after your approval. BTW What was your proposed length of stay? and what you mentioned in the visa application.

Yes its normal. Study permit have a end date. And the issue date is the start date. So it is obvious that you must enter before your study permit expire.
