We just sent the Annex-A along with other documents required in that email. Our passports came back fine. I think Annex-A alone is enough.

You don't need another photo. The CoPR that does not have your photo on it is the customer copy, just for your reference. So don't worry.

He didn't ask for it. My work permit is always stapled to my passport. I don't recall him viewing it, though. However, according to cic website, you should have your proof of legal status in Canada on hand during landing procrss, such as work permit.

It starts with the date when they got your file. For example, CIC call center agents are asking September 2015 applicants to call back for more info on January 2016, when the processing time of their applications surpasses 16 months, which is the current figure given by CIC.

Received my result last week. It was issued on December 17th.

I think the old one will work as long as it was issued after you left the US.

That was also me. I think they first charge you, then process your case.

Today they are processing applications received on September 8th.
