I just read this on another forum. Someone who's application was received on Nov 10th at 1 PM said they got an Email of rejection. But they didn't say why. Mine was also received on Nov 10th at 10 AM but I haven't gotten any Email nor been charged so far. Why nobody gets charged? It's driving me...

Is there anybody here whose application received on Nov 10th and they have been charged?
