I am Canadian PR. I would like to invite my parents and brother. He is 18 years old. Some people recommended me that its hard to get visitor visa for young people who are like 18 or 20 years old. But my family want to come for a month and will return back. They will also provide return ticket...

do they assess and complete the case immediately upon receipt of docs or wait for the 120 days?

Now when they add into the file.. will they review the case on the day its supposed to or they will try to complete the file and ask for passport request ?

I m in the process of PR. They requested Police certificate which i have now. I am still under 120 days of grace period. I m sending them today and will get there on monday. Will they open file next week or so... or they will wait 120 days and then open the file? Please let me know.

I got email that my PR application has been transferred to LA on Aug 04 , 2010. Then, it showed On CIC on Aug 9, 2010. Whats the next step ?? and how much time it will take? Thanks :)
