they are not green card holders but i remember seeing - if somebody had an expired vistor visa and they had applied during COVID which is still in process - they are eligible to send an email to IRCC and get an approval. not sure if this true or anyone tried it.

i did my landing on Dec 8th, 2015 - Ottawa Office. Do we know how long does it take to receive the PR card.

Atlast the overall process for PR is finally over. Did the landing at Ottawa office (cic). No appointment needed for this office - but seems the dates are only available every 2nd and 4th tuesdays. Next available date is 22nd of this month incase anybody wants to do their landing. Now the wait...
