As told before i got my sowp approved in 17th week. there is nothing we can do . we have to wait and CSE enquiry will not do anything.

I am in 17 week still waiting for decision. it doesnot matter where u applied from, I applied from canada as ur file goes to new delhi for processing if ur spouse is in India. Have patience and thats what we can do. There is no sense of calling them and sending CSE enquiry as it will slow up...

Don't panic I am in 16 week still waiting for decision.

Ya its long proceesing times. If I put CSE they going to reply after 10- 15 Days, so its better wait more.

Applied SOWP ( Online) : 30 Nov 2016 Received Medical Request : 14 Feb 2017 Medical Passed : 16 Feb 2017 So whts next, it has been 101 Days, as processing times is 10 weeks. I think there is no sense of sending CSE as they not going to reply easily. Really frustrating.

Thanks for ur reply. I applied SOWP online from Canada for my spouse. U know where i can upload or send that medical copy. As there is no option to upload medical copy in my cic account.

HI Jubear, thanks for ur reply , as i want to apply for trv inside canada i read 5a note on page 117 but it gives form IMM5257E form which is for application for visitor visa (temporary resident visa) made outside of canada.Is that right form we need to apply for. thanks
